Eligibility

Three conditions, in plain terms.

  • A

    You farm in the catchment

The Kinangop plateau and the western slopes of the Aberdares. If you can deliver to a MUKI collection point within your sub-county, you’re likely in.

  • B

    You keep dairy cattle

Smallholder operations are the norm — most members of the cooperative milk a handful of cows. Larger holdings are also welcome.

  • C

You can meet basic milk-quality standards

Clean handling, prompt delivery to the collection point, basic hygiene. The cooperative offers practical guidance for new members.
